This term, the boys and girls in KS2 have been studying The BFG by Roald Dahl.
In this book, we learn that the BFG drinks a fizzy potion in which the fizz travels down instead of up. Today we made our own fizzy potion which saw raisins continue to float upwards and downwards.
Really, we learned that it was to do with how the air is trapped and released - but it was great to watch!
